END-USER LICENSE

You may use this software only as described in this license.

If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not
install or use the software.

- Author exclusively owns all copyrights to this product.

- All title and copyrights and intellectual property
rights in and to this product and any copies thereof are
owned by Stonito Software.

- This software is shareware, and it may be used for limited number
of times absolutely free.

- Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive
license to use this product on one computer (a single CPU),
for any legal purpose, at a time. Registering procedure and
trial procedure is described in detail on the site
http://stonito.com and is subject to change without previous
notice.

- The registration info received and used to activate software
is NOT public and maintains full Copyright status. Any
public display or public transfer of this key will be
considered a direct and intentional violation of this
agreement and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law you may be held liable for loss of revenue to
Author or company's representatives due to loss of
sales or devaluation this software or both as well as
criminal fines for copyright infringement.
The keys obtained are machine dependent so they will not
working on another machine. If registered user wants to change
machine user has to get a proper authentication code.
Register-License gives you right to authenticate this product
on more different computers.

- The unregistered version of this software may be freely
distributed, if the distribution package is not modified.

- You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,
sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any
subset of the licensed program, except as provided for
in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license
and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Author reserves all rights not expressly
granted here.

- Author may terminate this License Agreement
if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of
this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all
copies of this software including license keys and
ID information.
